Our new Autumn Springs community at Kingwood is fully equipped to provide residential assisted living and specialist memory care. Following our family’s poor experience of senior care, we deeply understand the fears and reservations many feel when considering assisted living for a loved one. We’re passionate about delivering support that touches the lives of both seniors and their dedicated family caregivers. As a small senior living community with a great staff-to-resident ratio, we provide a holistic care plan customized to meet each resident’s needs along with individual support of activities of daily living (ADL).
Memory care in Kingwood provides specialized support and a secure environment for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, offering tailored care plans, cognitive stimulation activities, and a safe setting to enhance their quality of life and maintain their well-being.
