Our Locations
Autumn Springs currently has three beautiful locations for seniors and their family caregivers to consider. All of our residential care homes have been carefully designed, with each offering its own unique style of assisted living support, appeal, and charm. All of our locations across Greater Houston and Galveston feature a choice of private or shared resident rooms, spacious adapted bathrooms, warm and welcoming living spaces and clean, modern kitchens. Our residential care homes believe in a personal approach to senior care, which is why each of our homes house a small number of residents to form a wonderfully close-knit community.
Galveston
Our original location sits in the heart of Galveston in the historical district. With 8 private rooms, 2 shared rooms and 11 accessible bathrooms, our Galveston residential care home can house up to 12 seniors who require assisted living support, short-term respite care or hospice services. This beautiful residence functions like a private home, with a modern kitchen in which fresh meals are prepared daily for residents, and cozy shared living, dining, and secure outdoor spaces to relax with friends and family.
Atascocita
Inside of the Atasca Woods neighborhood (a pebble’s toss from Atascocita High School) our cozy home is a wonderful choice for aging in place. We are proud to offer a fully furnished home with a newly renovated kitchen and upgraded electronics. This home has 4 private rooms, 3 shared rooms, and ample common space for socialization. Our compassionate caregivers provide residents with 24/7 assistance with daily activities, and memory care.
Kingwood
Tenative opening date scheduled for November 1.
Our beautiful residential assisted living home located in the front of Trailwood Village in Kingwood, TX offers full ADL assistance and memory care. This 10 bed, type B home currently has limited occupancy. Our Kingwood home has 4 private rooms, 3 shared rooms, a modern kitchen, a comfortable living and dining space, and a lush backyard with ADA ramps.
